Refund policy

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer accepted.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery (including COD refusal), or failed delivery attempts, applicable reshipping charges must be paid by the customer before the order is shipped again.
